Royce Nelson joins the 360 Media Direct team with over 20 years of customer service experience after spending the past 6 months as the customer support manager with Sunpro Solar Energy. Royce has also been a part of the call center leadership team at Ochsner Health Systems, Crescent Bank & Trust, Cox Communication, Citigroup- Sears, and Lagasse Inc. Royce is a goal-oriented and flexible leader who can provide structure and direction to a growing organization. He is energetic with a passion for not just achieving but exceeding targets. Royce is experienced in successfully managing, mentoring, coaching, and leading a call center team. He has superb caller engagement skills, and fully understands the value of superior customer experience.
