He focused on providing a premier customer experience while fulfilling a variety of roles in the call center environment including Customer Service Representative, Supervisor, Quality Analyst, and Operations Manager. Andrew brings hands on experience and a full understanding of all components regarding call center operations to 360 Media Direct.
